A concise update lands on the private board. Members can post notes too, and delete anything they authored.

Private circle, capped at 20 people. There is no public discovery.
No audio recording. Transcript text is purged after seven days.
One call per person per week. Pausing stops future calls.
Not therapy, monitoring, or emergency response. Call local emergency services when needed.
